We get a few days off from the NCAA Tournament to focus on the Association. The NBA has been profitable for us so far this season, with a props record of 109-92. Let's continue that good run as we are inching closer to the playoffs.

Monday's NBA slate gives us 8 games to enjoy. We've carefully analyzed each game on the board and found a few player props that we think have some betting value. Remember, we advise playing a full unit on the Flex Play at PrizePicks and only a half unit on the Power Play.

Here are 3 PrizePicks NBA Props for Monday, March 27. We're especially looking forward to the Philly vs. Denver matchup.

Aaron Gordon OVER 2.5 Assists

Gordon is known more for his scoring ability than his passing skills, but we think he'll get at least 3 assists tonight. The 6-8 power forward distributes the ball pretty well for a big man, and we see him kicking the ball out to some open shooters for some easy assists in this game.

The former Arizona Wildcat is averaging 2.9 assists per game this season, which is why we were a bit surprised that PrizePicks didn't post this line at 3 instead of 2.5. Current form is also in our favor, as Gordon has racked up 3 assists or more in 13 of his last 20 games. SI Sportsbook agrees with our sentiments, as they're pricing the Over at -141.

Philly has a pretty stout defense, so the matchup isn't ideal for Gordon tonight. Nevertheless, the Sixers only rank a modest 12th in opponent shooting efficiency. Denver also ranks 2nd in assists per game.

Nikola Jokic OVER 11.5 Rebounds

Most sportsbooks have Joel Embiid entrenched as a pretty solid favorite to win this year's NBA MVP award. However, don't think for a minute that Joker is going to go down without a strong fight. We're expecting a big performance out of the 6-11 284-pounder tonight on his home floor.

Jokic is averaging 11.8 rebounds per game this season, which slightly favors the Over. He's been especially dominant this year in home games, where he's averaged 12.7 rebounds per game. The reigning MVP has also grabbed 12 rebounds or more in 17 of his last 23 ball games.

Believe it or not, Philly isn't a great rebounding team. The Sixers rank just 28th in rebounds per game. That should mean lots of boards for Mr. Jokic tonight. Caesars seems to think this, too, as they're offering the Over at -143.

Kawhi Leonard OVER 26.5 Points

This one's a bit of a head-scratcher. Every sportsbook in the market has this prop line at 27.5 instead of 26.5. That may not sound like a big deal, but it equates to a value of 3.6%. Exploiting small edges over time is the best way to beat the sportsbooks in the long run.

Leonard has dominated the Bulls the last 3 times he's faced them. He scored 33 against Chicago back on January 31, and a similar performance tonight wouldn't surprise us. With Paul George out with a sprained knee, look for Kawhi to get more scoring opportunities.

Leonard's night was cut short on Saturday after he took an elbow to the face against the Pelicans. However, he's listed as probable to play tonight against Chicago, so we'll still take the Over!
