After a 6-2 weekend with our college hoops props, we're back to the Association. We went 1-1 last Tuesday with our NBA props. Josh Giddey went over his assists prop, but Jalen Williams failed to cash our rebounding ticket.
We also had an assists prop on Donovan Mitchell, but he sat out Tuesday's contest with a finger sprain. It feels good to get back to betting on some NBA action!

Nikola Vucevic UNDER 10.5 Rebounds
Vucecvic ranks 5th in the NBA in rebounding, so it's a little bit unsettling for us to fade him in this spot. Nevertheless, sometimes you have to go against the grain and bank on some regression to the mean.
The former USC Trojan will be competing for rebounds with Joel Embiid (more on him in a minute) of the 76ers. That could be a tall order, especially since Embiid is now the betting favorite to win the NBA MVP award. Our numbers say that Vucevic will end up with 8 or 9 rebounds, so we'll ride with the Under.
Vucevic has stayed under this rebounding total in 5 of his last 9 games. Unibet is juicing the Under at -148, so we have that in our favor as well. Philly is also 4th in the NBA in rebounds allowed per game.
Joel Embiid OVER 10.5 Rebounds
Speaking of Mr. Embiid, we're expecting him to dominate on the glass tonight against Chicago. The Bulls rank just 24th in the league in rebounding, so the matchup should be in Embiid's favor. He's averaging 10.6 rebounds per game over his last 5 outings.
The former Kansas Jayhawk has also rebounded the ball much better at home than on the road this season (10.6). Embiid has played Chicago 12 times in his career, and he's averaging 11.3 rebounds per game against them. We're expecting a big game from Embiid as he tries to solidify his lead over Nikola Jokic for MVP.
DraftKings agrees with our logic on this play, as they're pricing the Over at -140 odds. That's enough for us to pull the trigger on the Over!
Klay Thompson OVER 21.5 Points
This is probably our favorite prop on the board for Monday night. FanDuel is pricing this at 23.5 instead of 21.5, which tells us that the Over has a ton of betting value. For the season, Thompson is averaging 21.9 points per game.
The former Washington State star has also gone over this amount of points in 9 of his last 14 games. Houston is one of the worst defenses in the NBA, so the matchup should also be in Thompson's favor. The Rockets rank 28th in 3-point defense and 26th in defensive efficiency.
Klay has also been on a roll this season against Houston. He lit the Rockets up for 42 points back on February 24, and we think he's primed for another big performance against them tonight. He's gone over this point total in 3 of his last 4 against Houston.
