Wooohooo, we finally found the 3-0 sweep last night! The bad breaks that had plagued us for the past few nights finally broke in the other direction. It's always nice when things start to turn around.

We cashed 2 picks by the hook as PJ Washington and Markelle Fultz just barely won their rebounding and assists props. Franz Wagner gave us a nice rocking chair winner as he easily went over his 3-pointer prop.

In sports betting, there's high tide and low tide. The key is to stay the course and practice good money management principles. That's why we always preach putting a full unit on the Flex Play and only a half-unit on the Power Play.

Let's stay hot with 3 PrizePicks NBA Props for Friday, March 10. Have a fabulous weekend!

Jarrett Allen UNDER 9.5 Rebounds

Allen's a solid rebounder for the Cavs, but he's not been faring too well lately on the glass. He's only averaging 8.2 rebounds per game over his last 5 outings, which is quite a bit lower than his season-long average.

The former Texas Longhorn also hasn't fared as well in the rebounding department during road games (9.2). He's grabbed 9 rebounds or less in 4 of his last 6 games. BetMGM is obviously aware of this trend, as they're juicing the Under at -140.

The Heat are pretty stingy when it comes to the boards, and Allen will have to contend with Bam Adebayo for rebounds. Miami ranks 7th in the league in rebounds allowed per game. Take the Under!

Tyler Herro UNDER 4.5 Assists

We might as well stay in the same game for another Under. Herro is averaging slightly less than this number of assists per game this season (4.4). What really caught our eye, though, was his career performance against Cleveland.

Herro has played the Cavs 9 times in his NBA career and has stayed under 4.5 assists in 7 of those games. He's also stayed under this total in 4 straight against Cleveland. Unibet is pricing this Under at -141, so that's in our favor as well.

The matchup is where things really favor an Under. The Cavs lead the league in points allowed, and they're 3rd in assists allowed. Herro shouldn't be able to eclipse this assists number against such a feisty defense.

Aaron Gordon OVER 2.5 Assists

Gordon is averaging almost 3 assists per game this season, so we think there's some value in this number right off the bat. His current form has been tremendous when it comes to dishing out assists. Gordon's averaging 3.6 assists per game over his last 5 outings.

The former Arizona Wildcat has been on a tear in the assists category for quite some time. He's gone over this total in 10 of his last 12 games. That trend by itself is enough to make us pull the trigger on the Over.

The matchup is also pretty outstanding. Denver ranks 2nd in the league in assists per game, while San Antonio ranks 30th in assists allowed per game. This sure looks like an easy Over!
