2 Underdog Fantasy NBA Props for Monday, May 1

After a nice 2-0 Saturday, we're back and ready for more! Jamal Murray put on a scoring clinic by putting up 34 points, which easily cashed our Over 22.5 ticket. Our play on Devin Booker also got home, as he didn't hit a single three-pointer.

After scuffling in the NBA for the last few days, it felt great to go to sleep a winner. Monday's NBA Playoffs card gives us two incredible matchups. Philly will face Boston in Game 1 of their series, while Phoenix will try to pull even with Denver in Game 2 of the Western Semifinals. Both games will be shown on TNT at 7:30 and 10:00 Eastern, respectively.

Here are 2 Underdog Fantasy NBA Props for Monday, May 1. Let's stay hot! Enjoy the games, everybody!

James Harden OVER 8.5 Assists

Harden's assist numbers have dipped since the playoffs started, but he's still averaging 8.8 per game. During the regular season, Harden averaged a whopping 10.7 assists per game. That makes us think that there's some value in playing this one Over the total.

The former Arizona State star should be well-rested and ready to roll in Game 1 against the Celtics. Boston has a stingy defense, but Harden still averaged 9 assists per game against them in 4 regular season games this year.

We also like that Harden went over this assists number in 39 of 58 regular season games. That may be why Unibet is juicing the Over at -150, and FanDuel isn't too far behind at -148. We'll follow their lead and play the Over tonight with Mr. Harden.

Devin Booker UNDER 6.5 Assists

Might as well ride the Booker Under train since it cashed for us so easily on Saturday. The former Kentucky Wildcat has gone over this number in 3 straight playoff games, but we're expecting some regression to the mean in Game 2. Denver is a beast of a team at home, and we think they clamp down on the Suns once again in this one.

Sure, Booker is averaging 6.7 assists per game during the playoffs. Keep in mind, though, that he only averaged 5.5 assists per game during the regular season, which is a much larger sample size. Booker also stayed under this assists number in 36 of 53 regular season games.

We also like Booker's career numbers against Denver. He's only averaged 4.8 assists per game in 24 career outings against the Nuggets. Market support is also on our side, as Pointsbet is pricing this Under at -150. Let's ride with the Under in this spot.

Best of luck with all of your Monday plays! Let's put both of these in the Win column!
